在家也能製作的美味 飯湯 原來「飯湯」其實是起源於台灣屏東萬丹、潮州一帶，相傳是早年每逢稻米收割季因農忙，為了方便烹煮，然後用扁擔挑到田裡，供給大批人食用，所發明出來的一種料理，所以又稱「割稻飯」，後來屏東東港迎王時，也用這個方法，煮上一大鐵桶的湯，供給參與廟會的人員自己添飯再舀來吃，久而久之，就在東港發揚起來，成為當地的著名小吃。 綠豆蒜 說起綠豆蒜的由來，其實裡面並沒有任何的大蒜，而是因為剝了皮的綠豆，看起來很像蒜蓉，因此便有了這個美名。 將煮爛的綠豆加入糖水與蕃薯粉、米酒熬煮，煮出來的醬汁濃稠滑溜，香味濃厚，再搭配碎冰享用，口感十分特別，讓人回味無窮，成了許多人到車城必嚐的美食。 雙糕潤 「雙糕潤」名稱源自屏東縣東港漁村，相傳是當地一對兄長為了讓妹妹風光出嫁，以糯米為材料搭配黑糖蒸煮出軟Ｑ可口的糕點，又被稱作「雙哥輪」。因作法簡單，在當地漁村廣為流傳，隨著製程演進，陸續開發出紅豆、芋香、抹茶等口味，成為東港名產之一。 屏東肉圓 屏東肉圓和台南肉圓一樣是採用用清蒸的烹調方式，但是它的外皮則是用純在來米漿製成的，不添加任何其他的材料，外表的顏色呈現淡淡的咖啡色，內餡裡只有浸過特殊醬汁的肉塊，吃起來肉餡軟滑柔嫩而且肉香十足，而外皮則是入口即化，完全不同於其他肉圓吃起來的感覺。 古早味肉粿湯 在東港有一道特色的小吃「肉粿」，用米為基礎炊煮成粿，搭配上不同的配料，像是香腸、三層肉、以及東港會加入一些海鮮，像是蝦猴或是魚肉，最後再澆淋上醬汁，形成一碗有東港特色的美食。 客家板條 粄條是客家食物的代表，北部客家庄稱為「粄條」，南部客家聚落則稱為「面帕粄」。面帕在客家語的解釋是面巾，即毛巾。因剛開始製作時，會將米漿倒入方形淺盤器皿內，平鋪均勻再蒸熟，取出猶如潔白方巾，故稱面帕粄，切成細長條形是為粄條。
